In our final Pot Talk With The Growers Q & A we cover the following:
Q: Can you explain the differences between a Sativa, and Indica, and a Hybrid?
A: Sativa and Indica are your two main types of cannabis. A hybrid is a mix of the two and varies on effect and plant structure depending if it is more indica or sativa dominant. Indica plants tend to be shorter and bushy. The effects of indica plants tend to be sedating and full bodied. Sativa plants are taller with skinny leaves. Their effects tend to be more energizing and cerebral. With hybrids you get a mix of the two.
Q: How many grow rooms do you supervise, and how many growers are you employing?
A: Currently we are running a total of 480 flowering lights in 6 rooms with 6 growers. We have a great team and everyone is specialist is something. It’s fun to continue to learn and get better as grower everyday.
Q: Is it true you are growing some of the finest cannabis in the country? I already know the answer to this one.
A: I like think we are. And that’s because we have such a great team at Deep Roots. It really is a team effort and everyone deserves the credit for the product we put out. Everyone at deep roots continues to learn and improve their craft. I like to think our product keeps getting better and better too.
Q: What advice would you have to a person who wants to start growing their own cannabis?
A: The best advice I can give is to track what you do. GrowBuddy.com
